UP & OUT
Sometimes, to work through things, we have to face them first.
They have to come up before they can come out.And that process?
It isn’t pretty.
It doesn’t feel good.
It can feel messy, uncomfortable, and even overwhelming.
But that doesn’t mean something is wrong.
Often, what’s rising is what can no longer be held down. what no longer fits. what is no longer aligned. what has been quietly asking for your attention. When we allow it to surface instead of pushing it away, we create space for release.
And release is powerful.
There is a deep relief that comes when what has been weighing on you finally moves through you. When tension softens. When truth is spoken. When emotions are felt instead of suppressed. Not because everything is suddenly fixed, but because you are no longer carrying it alone inside your body.
Healing doesn’t always look calm at first.
Sometimes it looks like tears.
Sometimes it looks like anger.
Sometimes it looks like exhaustion or uncertainty.
But movement [emotional, energetic, internal] is often the direction forward.
So if something is coming up for you, let it.
Let it flow.
Let it move through instead of settling deeper inside.
Release is not a failure.
Release is one of the clearest paths toward healing.
What would it look like to trust that this release is not breaking you, but freeing you?
